You keep access until the end of your billing period. After it expires, forever files enter a grace period: uploads freeze after 7 days if you still exceed the free limit, and excess forever files are removed after 30 days. Resubscribe during that window to keep everything.

Transfer size and forever storage are separate. Temporary shares expire on a schedule (up to 30 days). Paid plans also include a forever storage quota for Keep forever links and My Files — no expiry date while your subscription is active. If you cancel, files stay through a grace period; after that, excess forever files are removed. This is not a timed pool.

No. Files are served from Cloudflare R2 with zero egress fees. No matter how many times a file is downloaded, there is no extra cost.

Creator tools let you customize the download experience. Add a CTA button to link back to your site or storefront (Base+), write a file description (Plus+), set a password hint, and control whether download counts are visible — all from your dashboard.

No third-party ads, ever. Free and Guest download pages show a small GTAUP platform banner. All paid plans remove it entirely.

Yes. Upgrade instantly at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Files are stored with AES-256 encryption at rest on Cloudflare R2 and served over HTTPS (we can access content for abuse handling). Optional share passwords gate downloads — that is an access gate, not end-to-end encryption. Every upload goes through magic-bytes validation and malware hash lookup. Prohibited content is handled via user reports and manual review — we do not claim proactive AI scanning of all uploads.
